Refund policy
If you're dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@auradaily.com within 50 days of your initial order delivery.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us prior to initiating a return to ensure proper refund processing. Returning items without prior communication may hinder our ability to identify the products, potentially extending refund processing time or invalidating the refund altogether.
Please note that if you send unwanted items to an incorrect address without seeking return instructions from us, we cannot take responsibility for refunding or reshipping those products.
To be eligible for a return, you must:
Send back all items from your order in their original packaging
No more than 2 stick packs used, per order. This includes: the 20 serving container, at least 18 stick packs
Return any complimentary gifts received unopened/unused
We will not provide refunds for products returned to us more than 50 days after the initial purchase. No exceptions.
We do not accept returns of opened products beyond the first order.
The satisfaction assurance applies solely to subscription products and not to one-time purchase items.
RETURNS OF SEALED PRODUCTS: To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging with no more than 2 stick packs missing. We maintain the right to deny any returns that don't meet these criteria. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of returning the unopened product to us, and we suggest using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse. You should email us the tracking information so we can monitor your return status. If you don't provide tracking and the returned package doesn't arrive at our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund. Upon receiving the returned unopened product, we will refund the purchase price of the item.
UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER: In cases where a product is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not be held liable for reshipping the item. We may issue a refund for the product, minus any shipping costs, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
In instances where a shipment is returned to us as Undelivered, you may receive a replacement or full refund for the ordered products.
Alternatively, we can resend the order after collecting an additional shipping fee. It's important to note that this policy doesn't apply to Refused Packages.
We will not accept requests for replacements or refunds for orders more than 30 days after delivery.
DAMAGED PACKAGES: If you receive any damaged goods in your order, please contact our customer support team at info@auradaily.com. We'll promptly investigate the matter and, if the issue is confirmed, we'll arrange to send you a replacement for the damaged item. No replacements will be sent without evidence that the package arrived damaged.
We will not accept requests for replacements or refunds for orders more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUSED PACKAGES: If you decline a package, please be aware that the package will incur a return shipping fee. This fee will be subtracted from your refund. We won't know the exact amount of the fee until we're billed by the shipping agent. By refusing your package, you accept the responsibility of covering this return fee.
It's crucial to note that refused shipments/packages can get lost during the return process and may not make it back to us. In such cases, if you refuse your shipment and it doesn't return to our warehouse, we won't be able to issue a refund. Please consider this when thinking about refusing a shipment, as we can't be held responsible for lost refused packages.
For this reason, we advise you to accept the package and contact us to properly process a return rather than refusing it.
